Friends of Crockham Hill School
The Friends of Crockham Hill School (FROCHS) is a Friends Association that exists for members of the local community, ex-parents, pupils and staff who wish to remain involved in the life of the school but who no longer have a direct link with the school. Members pay a small annual subscription and these funds play an active part in subsidising educational visits and enrichment activities for pupils each year.
The FROCHS committee is made up of a mixture of people – from staff, PTA committee, ex-pupils or their families and local residents. All work together to enrich the life of the school. This also serves to maintain the school as a healthy organisation at the heart of village life.
In recent years FROCHS has established an annual community football tournament that brings in a wide variety of teams to have a Saturday morning of fun, competition, tea and cakes often served alongside a healthy dose of mud on the school playing field.
If you would like to know more about FROCHS please contact Robert Bradley-Smith, our current Chair, through the school office, firstname.lastname@example.org.
